What messages you'll get

Businesses use Prospevo to reply by text when they can't answer the phone. If you call a business that uses Prospevo and your call goes unanswered, you may receive:

• An automated text letting you know the business missed your call
• Follow-up messages if you reply
• If you don't reply, one follow-up message about 2 hours later
• A link to book an appointment, and reminders about appointments you've booked

Consent

By calling a business that uses Prospevo, you agree that the business may reply to your call by text message. Messages are sent only to people who first called the business. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We never buy or upload contact lists.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

After you reply STOP, you'll receive one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more messages after that.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
