Who we are

Prospevo is a service of Market Maze LLC, based in Arizona. Businesses use Prospevo to automatically text people back when they call and the business can't answer.

Information we collect

When you call or text a business that uses Prospevo, we collect:

• Your name, if you share it
• Your phone number
• The content of text messages you send and receive
• Appointment details, such as the date, time, and reason for the appointment

The cost calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser; nothing you enter is sent to us. If you book a demo, scheduling is handled by Cal.com, which collects your name, email, and business name so we can confirm and hold your appointment. If you email us, we use what you send only to reply to you.

How we use your information

We use this information only to:

• Respond to your call or message to the business
• Schedule appointments with the business
• Notify the business owner about your inquiry or appointment

We do not sell your information.

Service providers

We share your information only with the business you contacted and with the service providers that help us deliver Prospevo. Your information is processed by service providers that help us deliver Prospevo, such as SMS and calendar providers. They receive it only to provide the service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and limiting access to people who need it to run the service. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Your choices and requesting deletion

• To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.
• To ask what information we have about you, or to have it deleted, email hello@prospevo.ai. Include the phone number you used, and we'll take care of it.

This website

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts, scripts, and the booking calendar load from third-party content networks (Google Fonts, cdnjs, and Cal.com), which receive your IP address in order to deliver those files.

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
